The Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity (EICC) is entrusted with the stewardship of the intellectual property, including copyrights, that it creates. The EICC exists to demonstrate and proclaim the truth, beauty, and freedom of the gospel of the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The generous support of donors enables us to provide access to our material free of charge. We encourage the sharing of EICC material, subject to the terms of this Copyright Policy.

By using this website and its associated products, you agree to be bound by this Copyright Policy. Such use of the EICC website and any content contained herein does not vest in the user any rights of ownership or any license, assignment, or transfer of copyright.

Audio/ Video Resources

You may duplicate and share copies of audio and video resources without prior permission subject to the following terms:

  1. Do not alter or edit the material in any way.
  2. Do not charge for the material.
  3. Do not reuse any logos or trademarks of the EICC.
  4. Include the following information: Title of resource (link to original content), Copyright [year of publication] by [name of author/ speaker], Ezra Institute for Contemporary Christianity.
  5. Sermons hosted on the EICC website may be shown in group settings.

Online text resources, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, and digital publications, may be posted on your website under the following conditions:

  1. Books published by Ezra Press: brief excerpts of Ezra Press books (not exceeding 250 words) may be quoted in print or online, provided the original source is cited.
  2. To use an excerpt from one of Joe Boot’s books not published by Ezra Press, please contact the publisher directly.

Privacy and Store Policy

 The Ezra Institute is committed to protecting your privacy and wants you to feel comfortable using our websites. We will never willfully sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available personally-identifying information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission, except when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of The Ezra Institute.  We may collect two different types of information including non personally-identifying information, and personal information that you voluntarily supply when utilizing a service offered at this website.

The Ezra Institute does not sell or exchange names or any other information about our customers, with any company outside of The Ezra Institute, with the exception of those business partners that participate in the requested fulfillment of services such as purchase delivery, online marketing, direct mail and e-mail.

The Ezra Institute may disclose your personal information to government agencies or regulatory authorities when deemed necessary. Of course, The Ezra Institute will never reveal your personal information to any third party without your prior knowledge and consent, unless the Institute is required to do so by law.

Children

ezrainstitute.ca is not directed to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information, from children under 13.

Return Policy:

Return Policy for DIRECT SALES from www.ezrainstitute.ca or www.ezrapress.ca

In the event that the product is defective or damaged in shipping, you will be refunded the original purchase price as well as all shipping and handling charges. In order to receive a refund, you must return the merchandise to us, with a note indicating the reason for the return, as well as a valid mailing address where your refund will be sent. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date. You will receive your refund by cheque within 30 days of our receiving the merchandise. For returns other than for reason of defect, you will be charged a $5 re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refunded total.
